Prices

• All citizens residing in national territory, on 52 days a year, at the visitor’s choice;
• Children under 12 years old, accompanied by an adult, with no access limits;
• Unemployed visitors residing in the European Union, with no limit on access;
• Researchers, museology and/or heritage professionals, conservators and restorers, as long as they are in official duty, with no limit on access (*);
• Members of ICOM, ICOMOS, APOM and workers from bodies supervised by the Ministry of Culture and professionals registered in the Register of Professionals in the Area of ​​Culture, without access limits;
• Teachers and students of any level of education, including senior universities and accredited professional training institutions, when proven to be on a study visit, with no limit on access (*);
• Groups with proven economic need, with no limit on access (*);
• Members of Groups of Friends of MMP integrated into Museus e Monumentos de Portugal, E. P. E., and workers from institutional patrons of Museus e Monumentos de Portugal, E. P. E., without access limits, when established in protocol;
• Workers, volunteers and interns from Museus e Monumentos de Portugal, E. P. E., and workers from Património Cultural, I. P., and one companion, with no access limit;
• Visitors with disabilities and one companion, with no access limit;
• Tourism or media professionals, including new digital platforms, as long as they are accredited and in official duty;
• Visitors to corporate events or occasional situations;
• Other situations with legal framework;

a) The free admission is subject to accreditation at ticket offices or validation points, upon presentation of the corresponding official document, valid and updated, for each case;

b) In the case of groups, the cases foreseen in the situations marked with (*) are subject to authorization and prior appointment by the management of Fortaleza de Sagres.

c) Tourism professionals who are registered in the National Register of Tourist Entertainment Activities (RNAAT), Professional Card of the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, Portuguese Association of Guides-Interpreters and Tourism Post Office (AGIC), National Union of Tourist Activities, Translators and Interpreters (SNATTI), or other similar national or international organizations.
