From 1 August, the Sagres Fortress will have extended opening hours and can be visited daily between 9.30 am and 8.00 pm (last admission at 7.30 pm).
The extended opening hours now in force are intended to cater for the high number of visitors who have shown an interest in exploring this iconic monument of national and world history and in discovering the various heritage sites associated with the Sagres Promontory.
